Client Services Coordinator

We are looking to hire a dynamic Client Services Coordinator, with at least two years experience, to join our expanding team. This full time and exciting new role within Feast is a fantastic opportunity to add your skills and enthusiasm to our energetic and lively studio in Camden.

It would be great if you’re someone who has experience in the creative industry.

What you’ll do

  • Onboard new clients.
  • Assist the senior creative team in managing and building existing client relationships.
  • Coordinate concept development between the creative team and client by proactively driving workflow forward.
  • Organise client meetings.
  • Oversee and manage project budgets.
  • Create project timelines and manage schedules.
  • Prepare client documentation.
  • Manage client experience and retention.
  • Cover the Studio Manager when needed.
  • Organise ongoing and new business meetings with clients.
  • Recognise sales opportunities, and help to ensure a dynamic and strategic approach to business development.

You should have

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
  • Excellent organisation and current Microsoft Office skills.
  • Energetic and proactive team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.

It would be great if you could also demonstrate project management experience and marketing knowledge.

Salary

£28,000 – £30,000.

This is a full-time role in our studio in Camden.
