Based in Camden, we collaborate with leading theatres, venues, and producers to craft visuals that grab attention and tell a story. From the West End to immersive experiences, our work helps shape the public face of some of the UK’s most talked-about shows and events.

The Role

We’re looking for a versatile and detail-obsessed Key Art Designer who combines big-picture creativity with razor-sharp execution. You’ll lead the visual development of our campaign – from concept to final artwork – designing bold, eye-catching visuals and refining them with expert-level Photoshop skills.

Whether you’re creating original key art, retouching complex imagery, or preparing layouts for print and digital, your work will help shape the visual identity of major theatre and live event campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team, taking ideas from spark to spotlight with creativity and precision.

What You’ll Do

Develop original concepts and visual ideas for theatre, film, and live event campaigns
Design bold, eye-catching key art, posters, and promotional materials
Retouch, grade, and composite artwork to the highest standard – refining every detail for final delivery
Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure each campaign is cohesive, compelling, and beautifully executed
Deliver high-impact visuals across stage, screen, print, and digital – seen throughout London and beyond

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience in a creative studio, ideally with a focus on entertainment, key art, or poster design
A strong conceptual thinker with a sharp eye for composition and typography
Total mastery of Photoshop – retouching, grading, compositing, and crafting final artwork
A passion for the arts – especially theatre, live events, or film
A collaborative mindset: someone who thrives when working with others and contributing to a team
A portfolio that showcases your ability to develop and deliver stunning creative concepts

Feast Creative is a design agency based in Camden, specialising in branding and websites for the arts and entertainment industries.

We’re looking for a Mid to Senior Website Designer to join our growing digital team.

This is a pivotal role — we’re looking for someone who can help modernise our digital output, create thoughtful and stylish user journeys and support our current design team.
You’ll work closely with developers and project managers to shape the direction of our websites and client experience.

What you’ll be doing
• Leading the design of websites from concept to handover
• Creating responsive, mobile-first layouts with strong UX/UI principles
• Designing in Figma and Photoshop (depending on project needs)
• Collaborating with developers to ensure designs translate beautifully to web
• Contributing ideas and rationale behind design decisions
• Occasionally supporting with digital ads and email layout design

What we’re looking for
• A strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• A strategic mindset – you design with the user journey in mind
• Confidence designing for mobile-first (not just responsive)
• Solid experience in Figma and Photoshop
• Understanding of accessibility and usability standards
• A clear communicator who works well in a creative team

Bonus points for
• Experience working with developers, ideally in WordPress
• An understanding of modern CSS capabilities
• Familiarity with GSAP or other animation libraries
• An interest in theatre and the arts (not essential, but it helps!)

we're looking for a

Senior Designer

We’re looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll primarily be producing key art creative, from initial concept through to final artwork.

About you

We’d love to chat with designers who have a minimum of three years relevant experience in this field. We want to see a strong portfolio of work that showcases your concept design innovation, technical ability, and strategic problem solving. Experience in theatre, film or the wider entertainment industry is a definite plus.

You should have

Exceptional knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite (strong Photoshop skills).
An ability to pitch ideas from initial concept stages and carry the creative through to final artwork.
A good understanding of typography, with a view to creating strong typographic campaigns.
Fluency in creating assets for both print and digital, along with a deep understanding of these two worlds, is essential.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
A genuine passion for design, with a keen eye for detail and an enthusiasm for staying current with art and culture trends.
An understanding of how your designs will progress into animated assets and trailers.

What you’ll do

Design concepts and visuals with craft and consistency across a broad range of theatrical/entertainment briefs, often from script through to final concept art.
Prepare and present creative concepts and designs to clients, as well as manage projects, deadlines and timelines.
Mentor and encourage junior members of the team, providing guidance, feedback and an open space for creativity.

Salary

£40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience).

This is a full-time role in our studio in Camden.
