The Role

We’re looking for a versatile and detail-obsessed Key Art Designer who combines big-picture creativity with razor-sharp execution. You’ll lead the visual development of our campaign – from concept to final artwork – designing bold, eye-catching visuals and refining them with expert-level Photoshop skills.

Whether you’re creating original key art, retouching complex imagery, or preparing layouts for print and digital, your work will help shape the visual identity of major theatre and live event campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team, taking ideas from spark to spotlight with creativity and precision.

What You’ll Do

Develop original concepts and visual ideas for theatre, film, and live event campaigns
Design bold, eye-catching key art, posters, and promotional materials
Retouch, grade, and composite artwork to the highest standard – refining every detail for final delivery
Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure each campaign is cohesive, compelling, and beautifully executed
Deliver high-impact visuals across stage, screen, print, and digital – seen throughout London and beyond

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience in a creative studio, ideally with a focus on entertainment, key art, or poster design
A strong conceptual thinker with a sharp eye for composition and typography
Total mastery of Photoshop – retouching, grading, compositing, and crafting final artwork
A passion for the arts – especially theatre, live events, or film
A collaborative mindset: someone who thrives when working with others and contributing to a team
A portfolio that showcases your ability to develop and deliver stunning creative concepts

The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Artworker/Designer to join our dynamic team.
You’ll work on a broad range of campaign collateral, both digital & print for a variety of clients.

What You’ll Do

Give support to the senior creative team. Expanding campaigns out from approved key art stage
Create a variety of web/social assets, from digital screens to press ads, HTML emails, leaflets, posters, brochures and everything in between

What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ experience as a designer in a similar agency environment
Excellent Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
Strong design, typographic and layout skills
Impeccable attention to detail
Experience in artwork production (preparing files for digital & print use)
Experience in working to very tight deadlines and remaining calm under pressure whilst ensuring deadlines are met
Confident communication skills
Sociable team player attributes

Desirable But Not Essential

Skills in animation/video/HTML
Experience/interest in theatre and the arts

The Role

The Admin Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the team and contributing to the smooth running of the studio, covering everything from buying the biscuits to assisting the Management Team. Being highly organised with a keen eye for detail, the ability to manage a range of everyday tasks and report back on the progress of those tasks are essential skills. The role will typically entail the tasks listed under Role Responsibilities, although this list isn’t exhaustive. This is a full-time role based in our Camden studio.

You’ll need to be:

Organised and highly attentive to detail
Enthusiastic, proactive and able to take ownership of tasks
Comfortable managing multiple tasks
A clear and confident communicator
Calm and practical
The successful applicant will have excellent Microsoft Office skills and be prepared to take on the demands of working in a very busy, but fun studio.
We’re looking for someone bright, hardworking and enthusiastic, ideally with an interest in theatre and the arts — someone who’s happy to get stuck in to whatever task is thrown their way!

Role Responsibilities

Providing efficient personal assistance to the Managing & Creative Directors, including feeding the MD’s cats when he’s on holiday!
Providing general support to the General & Studio Managers
Assisting the MD with his fine art website
Entering staff timesheets into our database each day
Maintaining our client database for bi-annual mailings
Assistance with photoshoots, including organising refreshments and moving equipment between studios
Answering the phone & forwarding calls
Greeting visitors to the Studio and making refreshments
Arranging couriers and receiving deliveries
Maintaining studio supplies and issuing accompanying purchase orders
Keeping studios and kitchens clean, tidy & presentable
Assisting with organising staff/client social events
Deliveries to clients
Co-ordination & distribution of client Christmas gifts
Digitising receipts
